These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GemHood, an on-chain analytics platform for Robinhood Chain (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
GemHood provides wallet tracking, live trade feeds, gem convergence detection, and trader performance analytics based on publicly available on-chain data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on GemHood constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or token. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or incorrect due to blockchain latency, third-party API limitations, webhook delivery issues, or algorithmic processing. Win Rate, Hit Rate, PnL, gem detection, and leaderboard rankings are computational estimates and do not guarantee future performance.
Trading meme tokens and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile; tokens may become worthless, be subject to rug pulls, or lose all liquidity. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Past performance of tracked wallets does not predict future results.

The wallet management panel is restricted to authorized operators via password authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding admin credentials and for the wallets you choose to track. Unauthorized access attempts may result in access restrictions.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms including DexScreener, blockchain explorers, and trading interfaces. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The GemHood name, branding, interface design, and original content are owned by the Service operator. On-chain data is public; our analytics, rankings, and presentation are proprietary. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemHood and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding twelve months (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GemHood and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
